Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases from JB RUGBY INNOVATIONS. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. YOUR ORDER

When you have submitted your order, you will receive an automated email from us with your order confirmation.  We will then process this order and dispatch your goods. You should receive your order within 10 – 15 working days (subject to availability as set out in point 4 below).

2. PAYMENT

We use BACS or PayPal as our payment gateway for all credit and debit card transactions. Their criteria for online transactions are strict and secure, offering confidence to you and us! At the checkout stage, should you be notified that payment via your credit or debit card has been declined, please check that all your data has been correctly entered. If you are still unable to proceed, please contact your card issuer.
Goods will not be dispatched until your funds have been cleared into our account.

ALL ITEMS DISPATCHED WILL REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF JB RUGBY INNOVATIONS UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED IN FULL.  UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE, THE GOODS ARE HELD ON A FIDUCIARY BASIS ONLY.

3. PRICES

All up to date prices, are on our website.  These are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT.  Our made to order (bespoke) options will be quoted in Euros and VAT would be applicable on these, unless it is a VAT registered company outside of Ireland and in the EU. Delivery charges will apply and are displayed during the order process. Prices remain in force until we publish new prices on our website. All orders will be charged in Euros as shown on your order confirmation.
Whilst we try to ensure that our prices on our website are correct, mistakes can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.  If the order is cancelled, we will refund any money we have taken from you. Refunds can only be made via the original method of purchase.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
Discount vouchers are issued at the discretion of JB RUGBY INNOVATIONS and cannot be used with any other offer.

4.        AVAILABILITY

We try to ensure that all our products on the website are updated to inform you if they are in stock or out of stock. However, your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock. Our stock is controlled electronically, and occasionally errors will occur, therefore the current stock status is approximate. We will inform you if a product you have ordered is unavailable and let you know the estimated date of availability.  Should you wish to wait for your order to become available, we will keep your order on record. If you wish to cancel the order, we will refund any money taken from you. Refunds can only be made via the original method of purchase.
Colour accuracy on the website cannot be guaranteed, and will vary depending on the resolution and screen type of your computer. We will choose the appropriate method of delivery.  Small items may be delivered by post.  Larger orders will be delivered by courier and will require signature at time of delivery.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered nor for any business losses that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

5.        RETURNS POLICY

We do hope you are happy with your TackleLow product purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact JB RUGBY INNOVATIONS via email at info@tacklelow.ie . All items must be returned in a re-saleable condition and unused.
You must provide us with the original invoice, despatch note or other proof of purchase.
Please note that if a returned item fails to meet these requirements we cannot accept the item back.
When returning items for exchange, an additional postage charge will be required to re-send the exchanged item. When returning an item for a refund we are unable to reimburse the return postage charge.  Any refunds can only be made on the original card of purchase.
Faulty/Defective Goods
If the product has been used for its intended purpose, generally almost all faults will appear within the first month after purchase. For this reason you may return any faulty item up to 1 month after the date of purchase. This product would then be professionally inspected for any faults of manufacture. If the damage to the product is deemed accidental damage/wear and tear, the product will be returned to the customer. If the inspection reveals any fault of manufacture then the product will be exchanged for new replacement product or fully refunded. If a product is deemed faulty, we will reimburse you with reasonable costs of your return shipping charge if you include a receipt.
We evaluate each returned faulty product professionally and as quickly as possible with an aim to keep every customer satisfied with the highest level of customer service possible.
Please note: all faulty goods must be clean, dry and free from dirt and mud; we will not process any return we deem to be too dirty or wet.

6.       PERSONALISED/PRINTED ITEMS

If you wish to have your club logo or sponsor logo printed onto any of our products, you will be required to provide us with a copy of the artwork, via email, on either an Adobe Illustrator file or an EPS file.  We will then email you our proposed artwork for your approval.  Once this has been approved and printing has been started no alterations can be made.  We are unable to refund any items that have been personalised or printed.

7.   TRADEMARKS

All design, text and imagery on our website is the copyright of JB RUGBY INNOVATIONS. All brand names, product names and titles used in this site are trademarks or trade names of JB RUGBY INNOVATIONS. No permission is given in respect of use of any of the above. The site may not be altered in any way or republished without permission.
TackleLow is an official registered trade mark and is the subject of extensive trade mark registrations worldwide.

8. OTHER TERMS and CONDITIONS
All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from www.tacklelow.ie and www.tacklelow.co.uk shall be governed by Irish law and the Irish courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters.
Please also note that in addition to these Terms and Conditions, your statutory rights are unaffected

JB RUGBY INNOVATIONS reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
